If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement after it has been processed.

When submitting a return request, please include your order number, the full name used on the order, and the reason for your return. In some cases, we may request a photo of the product to verify its condition. Once your request is approved, our team will provide instructions on how to complete the return.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Products returned outside of the 30-day return window will not be eligible for a refund. Sale items and subscription renewal orders are not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
